1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Claudin.io, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Claudin.io is an intelligent routing service for language models (LLMs) that functions as a proxy between your application and AI providers such as OpenRouter.

Our service analyzes your requests and automatically selects the most suitable model based on complexity, cost, and performance.

3. Accounts and Authentication

To use Claudin.io, you must:

• Create an account using GitHub authentication
• Connect a valid OpenRouter API key
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activities performed on your account

You are solely responsible for the security of your OpenRouter API key. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

3A. Analytics Data Collection and Session Replay

By using Claudin.io, you agree that we may collect usage data and record sessions through Amplitude Analytics to improve our service and user experience.

Data collected:

• Pages visited and complete dashboard navigation
• All interactions (clicks, forms, buttons, CTAs)
• Conversions and purchase funnel (checkout, purchases)
• Device, browser, and location information
• Complete session recordings (session replay)
• Behavioral and product usage data

Session Replay Opt-out: You can request the deactivation of session replay for your account by contacting us at contato@claudin.io.

4. Plans and Payments

Claudin.io offers different service plans (Free, Plus, etc.) with different usage limits and features.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation can be done at any time through the dashboard, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use and Limitations

You agree to use Claudin.io only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to bypass or circumvent our usage limitation systems
• Use techniques to falsify metrics or resource consumption
• Perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or overload our infrastructure
• Share your API key with third parties or create multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Use the service for illegal activities or that violate third-party rights

6. Service Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits (requests per day, concurrent sessions, etc.). These limits are described on our website and may be changed without prior notice.

Attempts to bypass these limits will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your paid plan at any time through the dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy:

• Voluntary cancellations: no refund, but you keep access until the end of the paid period
• Suspension for abuse: proportional refund only for legitimate use
• Technical problems on our part: proportional refund or service credits

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 99.9% of the time, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance or face unexpected interruptions.

We are not responsible for losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Modifications to Terms

New Mandatory Acceptance: When the Terms of Use are updated, you will be asked to accept the new version when accessing the dashboard. Access to the service will be blocked until you accept the new terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may reject the terms, which will result in the permanent deletion of your account as described in section 7.

10. Limitation of Liability

Claudin.io is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI model responses
• Costs incurred with third-party providers (such as OpenRouter)
• Loss of data, profits, or any indirect damage
• Actions or failures of third-party providers (GitHub, OpenRouter, Stripe, etc.)

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Claudin.io, including but not limited to routing algorithms, interface, source code, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Claudin.io.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
