By accessing or using Claudinio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers.

Claudinio is an API proxy and routing service that provides access to large language model (LLM) inference through third-party infrastructure providers. The Service is provided for use with coding agents, development tools, and compatible software applications.

THE SERVICE IS A ROUTER. Claudinio does not operate its own LLM inference infrastructure. All model inference is performed by third-party providers. Claudinio acts solely as a routing, proxy, and management layer that selects from available third-party infrastructure based on model availability, pricing, and performance.

The specific third-party provider(s) used for any given request may change at any time without notice. Claudinio reserves the right to add, remove, or switch between providers, including but not limited to the following infrastructure partners:

4. Model Availability and Changes

Models available through the Service are provided by third parties. Claudinio makes no guarantee that any specific model, provider, or inference capability will be continuously available. Models may be added, removed, or modified at any time based on provider availability, pricing changes, or other factors outside Claudinio's control.

As a routing service, Claudinio may direct requests to any of its partnered infrastructure providers. You acknowledge that inference may be performed by different providers at different times, and that model behavior may vary between providers.

5. Pricing and Payments

CLAUDINIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES, BUDGET LIMITS, WINDOW DURATIONS, MAX BUDGETS, PER-TOKEN RATES, MODEL PRICING, TIER STRUCTURE, AND ANY OTHER FEES, RATES, OR LIMITS AT ANY TIME, AT CLAUDINIO'S SOLE DISCRETION. These adjustments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in third-party infrastructure costs, market conditions, operational expenses, or business needs. Paid subscribers will be notified of material changes to their subscription pricing where reasonably practicable, but no prior approval is required for any adjustment. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for any pricing or limit changes. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing, limits, or structure. All users — free-tier and paid — are subject to the budget windows, limits, and rates in effect at the time of each API request. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a guarantee that any specific pricing, budget limit, window duration, or tier will remain available or unchanged for any period of time. Claudinio may also introduce, modify, or discontinue any tier or plan at any time.

Free trials, where offered, are limited to one per customer. We do not offer a new trial for repeated sign-ups, additional plans, or repeated/failed checkouts. If we detect that the same customer attempts more than one trial — including across multiple accounts or payment methods — we may cancel the trial or subscription without notice. No charge is made when a trial is cancelled for this reason.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). Your Content is transmitted through Claudinio to third-party inference providers for processing. By using the Service, you grant Claudinio and its third-party providers the necessary license to process Your Content for the sole purpose of providing the requested LLM inference. Claudinio itself does not train on, use, or retain Your Content beyond what is technically necessary to route and manage your requests. However, the third-party infrastructure providers that perform the actual model inference operate under their own data handling policies. Claudinio has no control over how these providers handle data transmitted through their systems. Each provider's privacy policy governs their use of data, and you should review those policies before using the Service. Claudinio does not guarantee that third-party providers will not process, store, or use data in ways outside Claudinio's control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLAUDINIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE QUALITY OF INFERENCE OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; (C) ANY PARTICULAR MODEL OR PROVIDER WILL BE AVAILABLE; OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CLAUDINIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, SAFETY, QUALITY, OR LEGAL COMPLIANCE OF INFERENCE OUTPUTS PRODUCED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. CLAUDINIO MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE DATA PRACTICES, SECURITY MEASURES, OR PRIVACY POLICIES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDER. EACH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER OPERATES UNDER ITS OWN TERMS AND POLICIES, AND CLAUDINIO ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDINIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF SERVICE; (III) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; OR (V) ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA BREACHES, DATA LOSS, OR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THEIR OWN POLICIES OR APPLICABLE LAWS. CLAUDINIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CLAUDINIO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS CLAUDINIO ASSUMING LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR DATA PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER.

10. Termination

Claudinio may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Paid subscribers may be entitled to a prorated refund as determined by Claudinio in its sole discretion. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms shall survive any termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

Claudinio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Abuse and Violation of Rules

Claudinio reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or immediately cancel any account that, in our sole discretion, is abusing free credits or unfairly exploiting the system. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits, unauthorized use of account sharing or pooling mechanisms, manipulation of budget limits, or any other activity aimed at circumventing the rules and limitations of free or paid plans. Our goal is to protect server integrity and ensure fair service for all users. Any violation may result in account cancellation and permanent ban without refund.
